Our FREE 12-DAY LEADERSHIP AND DEBATE TRAINING program includes workshops in debate techniques, public speaking, critical thinking, policy research, writing speeches, articles, and developing the skills to analyze contemporary public policy issues. Highly accomplished female professionals, who work in the top echelons of the corporate, business, government, and not for profit sectors as well as women business owners, elected officials and diplomats, come as guest lecturers and also conduct workshops.
An example of the accomplished speakers and inspirational role models who participated in our 2013 training programs are: youngest female New York Assembly Member Nily Rozic; Josephine Ojiambo, Deputy Ambassador to the UN Mission for Kenya; Kai Brown, Director of Production at Black Entertainment Network (BET); Zenaida Mendez, president of the New York State chapter of the National Organization of Women (NOW); Kathleen King, founder and president of the highly successful, national company, Tate’s Bake Shop; and Dodai Stewart, a deputy editor at Jezebel (the online blog).
