Subject: Apply Now- FSD's Katie Evans Memorial Scholarship

As you know Katie Evans Memorial Foundation (KEMF) has passed on the baton of administering the Katie Evans Memorial Scholarship to the Foundation for Sustainable Development. We are very excited about this development and are hopeful that by continuing this fund FSD will carry on the mission of KEMF. Thank you for supporting us through the previous rounds of applications. We would really appreciate your involvement as we move on to the next round of grant making for public health students.

I am writing to ask you to generously share the opportunity of the Katie Evans Scholarship for Master of Public Health students at your school. The Foundation for Sustainable Development will be awarding scholarships of $3,000 to public health students and recent graduates towards international internships. A relevant flyer is found enclosed. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

A quick overview of our timeline- Applications are now open for fall session; applications close June 1, 2013 and recipients will be notified by June 15, 2013.
