You are invited to a very interesting panel discussion on the right of ecological regions to exercise political sovereignty and self-rule over the resources necessary to sustain their lives and habitats on Monday, December 2 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM in Roosevelt House. The program is entitled Ecosovereignty: Political Self-Determination for the 21st Century, and is based on Prof. of Philosophy Omar Dahbour’s book Self-Determination without Nationalism: A Theory of Postnational Sovereignty

In addition to Prof. Dahbour, the panel will be Susan Buck-Morss (Distinguished Professor of Political Science, CUNY Graduate Center), Carne Ross Executive Director, Independent Diplomat) and William Pace (Executive Director, World Federalist Movement - Institute for Global Policy) with Political Science Prof. Rob Jenkins as Moderator.

A flyer announcing the program is attached which you are welcome to circulate far and wide throughout your networks and to your students and colleagues.
