Men and women (between ages 18-26 years) wanted as research participants (healthy controls) for a NYU Nutrition and Skin Research project!  Must be a nonsmoker to participate. All participants will receive a $25 store gift card!

To participate you will need to complete 2 study visits (approximately 2 hours, total time). You will need to complete a food record to determine your nutrient status, a questionnaire on your skin history, food beliefs and health history, one body composition assessment, and one blood draw. All participants will receive a copy of their individual results (including body composition, diet analysis, etc)
