655 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07206. Seeking to fill this full time position ASAP.

Must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible - completed ADA approved internship. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English (or other languages as necessary). Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have experience in Long Term Care. Must be knowledgeable in documenting MDS and be proficient in using computers. Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
