ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Brian King, PhD, MPH, is the Senior Advisor for Epidemiology in the Office on Smoking and Health at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. King’s primary research focus relates to tobacco prevention and control, particularly secondhand smoke exposure and smoke-free policies. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed scientific articles, co-authored the 50th Anniversary Surgeon General’s Report on Smoking and Health, and has been featured in numerous national media outlets, including CNN, NBC News, and USA Today.
