Dear NYCNEN Members and Friends,

We hope that you will be able to join us on Friday, February 7th for NYCNEN's skill building meeting this year; "Setting a Culturally Inclusive Table: How to be and Effective Nutrition Educator". This skill builder will begin with a brief presentation about changes to SNAP enrollment followed by tips for being an effective nutrition educator when working with a diverse community of SNAP eligible clients. Through an interactive exercise we'll explore new techniques to provide relevant nutrition information to individuals and families as well as provide you with a toolbox of valuable nutrition education resources.
