Ellyn Satter is an MSW / RD. She’s the originator of the division of responsibility approach to feeding kids.

Parents determine which foods to serve their kids and the kids decide how much to eat.

But students aren't fooled. They know they aren't getting enough to eat.

This month we print last year's popular newsletter, "Coping with School Lunch." It encourages you to keep on protesting and, while you protest, find ways to make the best of it.
