The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 outlines the requirements for establishing professional standards for school food service directors, managers, all other school nutrition staff and state agency nutrition directors. The new proposed standards will be discussed, along with ideas for what may be required, who may be impacted and tips for how school districts can implement them.
