Adam Brumberg

Deputy Director of the Cornell Food and Brand Lab



Adam will discuss how to use behavioral economics to make low-cost environmental changes in cafeterias, supermarkets and restaurants to increase healthy food selection.



Nancy Deenihan-Gruber

Assistant Director of Food Services at Montefiore Medical Center



Nancy will be speaking about changes made to the cafeteria at Montefiore Medical Center to increase the availability and selection of healthy foods.



Raul Barrios

Manager of Food Retail at City Harvest



Raul will discuss efforts to improve the quality and quantity of fresh produce in local supermarkets to increase fruit and vegetable purchases.
