INROADS is a non-profit leadership development program that provides full time undergraduate college students with year round career and academic mentoring, leadership training and exposure to Corporate America through 8-10 week summer internships with Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements for Participation:

  *   Opportunities are available for current freshman, sophomore and junior candidates.
  *   The minimum cumulative gpa requirement is 3.0.
  *   Typically the program is for underserved students but applications are accepted from everyone.
  *   Please note that there are limited internship opportunities for F1-Visa students.

Candidates will participate in a mock interview where they will be evaluated on their ability to articulate an elevator pitch and use of the STAR Technique when answering behavioral interview questions before being accepted as a ‘qualified’ candidate.
