Volunteer with the Weill Cornell Heart-to-Heart Outreach Campaign

Weill Cornell Clinical and Translational Science Center is looking for dedicated student volunteers for our Heart-to-Heart Outreach Campaign. This program offers free diabetes and cardiovascular disease interventions to underserved communities.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to directly interact with participants, sit in on consultations with Weill Cornell Medicine Physicians, and network with Weill Cornell and Hunter School of Nursing students. This is a great program for students considering a career in medicine or public health.

-Volunteers must be currently enrolled at a partner institution of the Weill Cornell Clinical and Translational Science Center. This includes Weill Cornell Medicine, Cornell University, Hunter College, Hunter School of Nursing, and/or Hunter School of Public Health.

-Volunteers must be willing to attend one training session and commit to volunteering at a minimum of six health screenings.

-Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

-People proficient in Spanish and that have prior volunteer experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

To apply, please fill out the volunteer application<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lOodoQTzu_RJwk2vE-PnRpY6iIPinVPfxTdf8C18JpM/viewform?usp=send_form>*

*NOTE: We are currently taking applications for Summer and Fall 2016.
