The New York Academy of Sciences Volunteer Opportunities Information Session Description: Alex Orak and Kirthi Shanmugam of the New York Academy of Sciences will recruit Hunter College students to volunteer. This is a great opportunity for Pre-Health students to give back to their communities by volunteering their time and giving back to NYC's underserved communities in a meaningful manner. Additionally, there are opportunities for professional development, improvement of communication skills, and to expand networking capital.
