IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO LINE-UP A FALL INTERNSHIP

Listings of Interest to Pre-Law Students from the Internship Office in
Career Development Services include:

Esperanza Del Barrio--This organization provides Latino youth in East Harlem
with the support they need to educate themselves, make empowered and
informed decisions, shape the policies that affect their lives, and build
strong communities.  The intern will assist with the implementation of
various workshops and projects including informing local youth about civil
and constitutional rights as youth, as Latinos and as immigrants. 

Lauriano Guzman --This is a small criminal defense law firm looking for an
intern to start as soon as possible.  Fluency in Spanish is necessary.
Compensation negotiable.

Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs --Assist with a variety of social policy
issues affecting immigrants.

Attorney General's Office, Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau  --  Paid
Internship
This internship comes with a one year commitment because training is
provided.
