All,
The Investment Bank has developed a new BA scholarship, Launching Leaders,
targeted to Black, Hispanic and Native American sophomores and juniors
interested in financial services. In addition to the academic scholarship
($5,000 for sophomores, $7,500 - $10,000 for juniors), recipients will be
awarded a summer internship in corporate finance, sales & trading or
research. (Sophomores who successfully complete their summer internships
will be invited back for a second summer -- that will include a rotation in
our London office -- and can qualify to receive an additional year of
scholarship support.) Launching Leaders candidates must have a 3.5 GPA and
complete the application process. All majors are encouraged to apply. The
deadline for applications is January 16, 2007.
Please forward this information on Launching Leaders directly to potential
candidates you have met, early-stage analysts in your LOBs who may still
have connections on campus and any other contacts who can help spread the
word about this opportunity.
