Pre-Optometry/Medical Students:

Come see the clinical research side of Optometry as a potential study subject!  We are currently recruiting for the "Connecting Contact Lenses and Technology" Study.

Why we are doing this study:
The study is investigating whether a different contact lens can relieve eyestrain in patients complaining of visual discomfort while using digital devices.

Who can be in the study?
Adults between 18 and 35 years old who currently wear contact lenses and have no major health or eye problems. Specific screening questions will be asked before scheduling a study appointment.

What the study involves:
There will be 3 visits over approximately 2 weeks. The first visit is a baseline eye exam with a questionnaire and contact lens fit and evluation, and the remaining visits involve questionnaires and contact lens evaluations.

Other things you should know about the study:
Subjects will be reimbursed up to $225 for their time to participate in the study.
