* Pre-Health Advising Workshop: “Will This Affect my Application?”

Wondering whether you should take a ‘W’ in one of your science courses?
This workshop will explain Credit/No Credit, Withdrawals and how they
affect your applications to professional schools. The withdrawal
deadline is next week on Thursday, November 17.

still undecided, this is the event for you!
Dr. Jill Horbacewicz, the Director of the Touro College Physical Therapy
Department will be coming in to discuss the profession of Physical
Therapy and the program at Touro.

The Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing now holds information sessions for
prospective students.
As you know, the Pre-Health Advising Office does not advise students
interested in Nursing. However, sometimes students are unsure if they
want to pursue medicine or nursing, and that’s OK! If you are unsure of
what health professions career track you want to follow you should plan
on attending one of these sessions about the Nursing Program at Hunter:
Friday, November 18th – 10:00 AM – Nursing Info-Session (Brookdale
Campus)
Wednesday, December 7th – 5:30 PM – Nursing Info-Session (68th Street
Campus)

Now is the time to start looking for the opportunities to prepare you
for health professions school!
Looking for a volunteer or research opportunity? Then come to our fair
on Wednesday November 30 from 1-3pm. Representatives from hospitals,
research facilities, health professions schools, and more will be in the
West Lobby to network with students. This is a great opportunity to
make connections and get that hands-on experience you have been looking
