Students must be prepared for the following:



  *   Six week internship placements in hospitals and community based health centers/ organizations. The program includes three weekdays in a clinical setting and a Thursday Didactic session. In order to successfully complete the program, students must attend ALL sessions.

  *   Internships begin July 2 thru August 9, 2018.

  *   Application process runs from February 1 thru March 16th, 2018. (Internships are very competitive, so early applications are preferred).

  *   Respond to three essay question (approximately 200 words each). See website.

  *   Be prepared for in person interview.

  *   Provide two references.

  *   Include your organization in the" How did you hear about this program"?

  *   Eligible applicants must be 16-22 yrs. old. Applicants must be 16 yrs old by July 2, 2018. For High School Juniors, Seniors and College Freshmen and Sophomores.
