is Accepting Education & Training Applications
KL2 POST-DOCTORAL SCHOLARS PROGRAM
Up to $80,000 per year (up to 2 years) & $12,000 research related expenses
The goal of the KL2 Scholars Award is to increase the pool of trained clinical and translational (C/T) investigators by providing advanced degree training and practical skills necessary to conduct independent multidisciplinary C/T investigation in a team research environment. Investigators conducting studies with field work involving international clinical research with underserved populations are encouraged to apply. Scholars, appointed for up to two years, receive:
* Salary support at the NIH approved rate
* Funding for supplies and research support
* Funding for travel to present at national conferences and symposia
* Access to resources for conducting C/T research, multi-level mentoring support, and career development

TL1 PRE/POST-DOCTORAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Up to $27,232 per year, per award (pre-docs)
Up to $62,030 per year, per award (post-docs)
Awards for up to 2 years
The goal of the TL1 Training Award is to support early career development among pre/post-doctoral trainees by providing advanced degree training and practical skills necessary to conduct interdisciplinary Clinical & Translational (C/T) Investigation in a team research environment. Trainees receive the following benefits:
* Stipend coverage at the NIH approved rate
* Funding for supplies and research support including educational expenses
* Funding for travel to present at national conferences and symposia
* Access to resources for conducting C/T research, multi-level mentoring support, and career development,

ADVANCED DEGREE PROGRAM IN CLINICAL & TRANSLATIONAL INVESTIGATION
The goal of the Clinical and Translational Education Programs (CTEP) is to educate and train highly motivated individuals to become successful, independent clinical and translational (C/T) investigators through a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct interdisciplinary C/T investigation in a team research environment.
Individuals from underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
Master's Degree (2 years)
The Master's Degree track is comprised of a didactic curriculum of core and elective courses, and a mentored clinical research project.

Advanced Certificate (1 year)
The Advanced Certificate track is comprised of core curriculum classes in clinical and translational research structured as lectures, interactive seminars, and workshops.
